I am delighted to be part of the the Blueprint, Paper City retrospective at the Royal Academy.I was commissioned to produced a series of Bags for the March 2008 China Special edition of the magazine. BLUEPRINT magazine will exhibit drawings and images made for the back page, Paper City at the RA.40 images made by Illustrators, architects and designers. The show runs at the RA from 31 July to 27 October. Paper City: Urban Utopias showcases a selection of extraordinary drawings, collages and photomontages that have been produced forBlueprint as part of their back-page ‘Paper City’ commissions over the past three years. Architects, designers, artists and illustrators including James Wines, Steven Appleby and Ian Ritchie RA articulate their ideas about the city, suggesting imaginative possibilities for the future. The exhibition also includes new commissions from Peter Cook RA, Chris Orr RA, Marc Atkins, Javier Mariscal and RA Schools students Inez de Coo and Rachael Champion.
